Jason Melton

Jason Melton joined David Griffin & Associates in 2003, bringing with him an exceptional range of industry experiences and administrative skills to support clients and to enhance company operations. He currently serves as Assistant to David Griffin and a Realtor.

Jason draws on in-depth market knowledge and personal experiences in addressing client needs. A long time Dallas resident, his love for the culture-rich neighborhoods the city offers has led him to move from one area to another more than 50 times in the past 30 years!

His personal relocation experiences give Jason an excellent foundation for his work in developing relocation strategies and in building relationships with referral partners and relocation candidates. About this work, Jason says, "I love helping clients move on to the next chapter in their lives." In Jason's role as David Griffin's assistant, he helps to facilitate contract negotiations with his keen eye for ensuring that each "i" is dotted and each "t" is crossed.

Prior to joining the David Griffin Company, Jason worked in the Property Management industry as a Leasing Consultant and a Property Manager. Additionally, in the course of his career, Jason developed technical skills and knowledge of state-of-the-art software that continue to be a valuable resource today.

When he is not working, Jason enjoys spending time traveling and tackling home improvement projects.
