My wife and I were living in the Phoenix, AZ area and wanted to purchase a house in the Northwest Indiana area. The long-distance house hunting presented quite a few challenges. We initially came out to Indiana and met with several agents. Jason understood what we would be looking for and presented some good options - Zoom and other ways we could look at homes without being there. He also helped in securing options in the buying process should we find a place, but provided an out if it turned out to not be what we thought it would be. We exercised that option and it worked out well. He went to houses and we did remote Zoom showings. He answered calls, texts, and emails promptly regardless of the time of day. We would use Jason again without shopping for agents in the future and would recommend him without hesitation.

Jason Moon sold our home. Bottom line, that’s most important, but equally important was the incredibly professional and efficient approach he took to get the job done. We did significant research before selecting Jason and talked to several top brokers. Jason was the first to respond, first to come to our house to personally meet with us and after reviewing our situation came up with a comprehensive and ultimately successful marketing plan.
Jason communicated with us immediately and as needed via Zoom calls, conference calls, personal calls and emails. He is one of the most professional “executives” I have ever met. He also did not pass us off to another associate. He did all of this work and communication with us himself.
At closing time the schedule, details, legal work and funding went flawlessly even though there were three signatories in three different cities. One was out of state. I am in Dallas and the funds were wired to my bank by the end of day of closing.
Jason operated with the highest integrity and always had our best interests as his priority. I would highly recommend Jason and I will definitely use him again if the situation comes up. I don’t think you could find a better professional to help you with your home or property.

Jason was a huge, immense help with my home purchase. Because of my tendency to move often for work, this was my first home purchase, EVER! Jason was so helpful and clear on what I needed to do and got us into see places that really fir the bill. And with it being a sellers market, he got us in quickly to see homes before they were snapped up by other buyers.

We moved from Georgia to Northwest Indiana. We were trying to decide on what area we wanted but only had one weekend to come up and look. Jason went above and beyond for us. We saw 9 showings. The market was changing so fast. Listings were going in just a couple days, but Jason was able to help us pick through and find the best ones. He also gave us a folder with a ton of useful information. He gave us ideas for restaurants in every town we went though as well as places that we could visit for activities. When we were looking at the showings he took the time to give the history about each town and the unique qualities each one had.
