Jason Ratliff

Jason Ratliff has been serving the Lubbock community for over 20 years. In 1996, Jason moved to Lubbock to open The Home Depot. Over his twelve-year career, Jason ascended quickly to the Store Manager role and successfully ran two different stores and was instrumental in the opening of the second Lubbock Home Depot location. While helping Lubbock residents repair and renovate their homes, Jason learned the value of both real estate and serving others. Although it was not realized yet, it was here that his passion for selling real estate began. After completing his bachelor’s degree at Wayland Baptist University, Jason became a licensed Realtor and finally began his career in real estate. Now in his third year, Jason’s servant selling style combined with market knowledge have yielded amazing results. So far in 2017, Jason has closed over 40 transactions and $6 million in sales, landing him a spot in the top 3% of all Lubbock Realtors. None of his success would be possible without the support of his amazing wife, Amber! Together, they have four children, Payton (16), Kayl (15), Phoenix (10) and Bekah (5).
