Jason Richards

A 20-year Southern California commercial real estate veteran, Jason is an expert in maximizing asset performance and mitigating risk. Jason has founded and managed numerous investment groups that have developed and invested in a wide variety of asset classes. Past and current projects include the investment, development, management, and/or operation of assets over $200 million in value. Before commercial real estate, Jason was the founding principal of a manufacturing firm that developed and distributed products nationally through mass-market chains. A licensed California Broker, Jason also holds designations from Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

He earned degrees in Entrepreneurship and Finance from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
