Jason Rowland is...a full-time professional Realtor, who has spent the past 15 years dedicated to exceeding his client’s expectations. Born and raised in Orange County, Jason’s decision to make real estate his career came naturally given that his father-built homes for a living. He believes honest, straightforward communication is key to creating a successful client relationship. In fact, he has developed his own 4 Cs of real estate-Communication Creates Comfort and Clarity-based on his early years spent as a gemologist where he worked with the 4 Cs of a diamond. Jason tries to simplify an often-complicated process by making his clients feel comfortable and well informed from start to finish. He knows that real estate is a relationship business, so he focuses on providing a quality experience each time. Another hallmark to Jason’s real estate practice is diversity. He has experience collaborating with clients of different ages and backgrounds, in every price range.
