Jason Shinn

Jason grew up in Sedona, Arizona, the son of a luxury home builder. He began his college career in Flagstaff and spent the next two years majoring in construction management. He later transferred to the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM) in Downtown Los Angeles earning himself a total of three degrees in business management, international manufacturing and apparel industry management. He was then recruited by Apparel Textile Sourcing, an international sourcing trade show firm based in Los Angeles, where he served as conference director, producing events in Toronto, Miami and Berlin Germany.

During his time in the fashion industry, Jason honed his skills in marketing, project management, client relations and sales, but found himself wanting a change. He is now a licensed real estate advisor, and senior partner of the St John International Team, led by Blake St John at Engel & Völkers in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Jason and his team are the go-to real estate specialists in North Scottsdale. They actively support and collaborate with local businesses, charities, and have a deep understanding of the greater Phoenix housing market with an emphasis on helping their clients acquire and protecting their most valuable assets.
