We were relocating to Nashville and googled Realtor.com. Jason was the first person who reached out to us. He was awesome! We came to Nashville and looked at several houses. He was very knowledgeable about the area and guided us in the right direction. We put in an offer in a house (it fell through) so we were in another state and still needed a house to live in. He stuck with us and we bought a house on a FaceTime walk-through. He felt good about the area, the new neighborhood and the modern farmhouse house we bought. How’s that for trust? After we moved here, he was so on- spot! When we move, he definitely will be our listing agent! A true professional! And so friendly - I’ll have him over to my house as a guest after the pandemic!!!!

Jason was very helpful in our home buying experience. Communication was very important, as we were moving far and could not always see the homes in person. Jason went above and beyond for us, giving video tours of different houses. When we were able to see some homes on a short visit, we quickly found the home for us. Jason made the closing process very easy, and was constantly communicating with us on how things were going. We could not be there for the inspection, but he stepped right in and attended on our behalf. Jason Smith is kind, professional, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jason Smith in your home searching/buying!

I had the BEST experience buying my house with Jason. He made house shopping a fun experience, like I was just hanging out with a friend. He has good relationships with the Nashville community, which came in handy when there was a bidding war on my house and he was able to advocate for me. I highly recommend working with Jason. He was incredibly professional, extremely responsive and an overall pleasure to work with. My husband and I were first time home buyers so you can imagine all the questions we asked and Jason always took the time to answer our calls and find out the answers we needed. We also were moving cross country so Jason was imperative in being there to represent us at closing, working with the sellers to get our keys and did the final walk through for us. I would give Jason a 10 out of 10!
