Jason began his real estate career in his early 20's. By his mid 20's, he incorporated his first real estate business which specialized in residential and commercial investment property, operating in three states with a combined portfolio of 286 investment properties. He directed all aspects of operations, developed and executed company contracts, ensured compliance with municipal, state, and federal regulations, and held accountability for managing investor/bank relations. This experience and knowledge gave him a vital edge dealing with all functions of a real estate transaction.

Jason’s love for boating, fishing and sunsets complemented by the crisp salt air rerouted his career to Florida from the Midwest (a decision he will never regret). Real estate is his passion when working, but when he needs to relax, he finds himself spending time enjoying woodworking, silversmithing, boating, fishing, and spending time with his son, Alex.
