I have worked within the real estate industry for many years as a flipper, doing construction, property management and vacation rental businesses.

I come from a construction background and have been both a vacation rental owner and operator. I care deeply about people. I carry a positive attitude and I am self-motivated to meet all of my clients needs. I possess excellent follow through and have a great attention to detail. I know a deal when I see one and will go after it with my strong negotiation skills.

I am happily married with two beautiful daughters. I have a great deal of integrity and a strong caring heart for others. I not only listen, I hear as well. Hearing what you are saying, helps create an understanding of your needs. These things coupled with my motivation, drives me to find the perfect fit for my clients.
