Matt Davis Client, Buyer Jason was what made the house hunting process tolerable, he stuck with us even though we bid on multiple homes. We we looking for about 6 months and not once did he show frustration or aggravation, even when we would send up to 30 emails a day at all hours of the night. Even though we were in a lower price bracket so his commission would obviously be less we were treated like he was going to make a million dollars off of the home we were purchasing. You proved me wrong almost immediately with the way you listened, the way you talked about yourself and how you work, and your general demeanor. There was nothing that said to me that you thought you were the only one who could help me find a house. You did let me know that you would do all you could to help me and you absolutely did that. You listened to my excitment, frustrations, and general anxieties without judgment. You offered support and encoragement directly, and in subtle ways. You willingly gave your opinions and thoughts about houses. You pointed out things that I would have missed and you also let me know if you thought a house was wonderful even when I had my doubts. Most of all you never let it show if you were frustrated with me, and you were never impatient. I think you are great at your job and you really seem to enjoy it. You understood what I was looking for, and yet you showed me houses that were a little bit different from what I thought I wanted. I was glad you had the confidence to do that, as we bought one of those houses!! That all sounds so professional, though it is all true. I think what made the house hunting experience good for me was your personality. You couldn't have done all those things I mentioned if you weren't a good person and enjoy what you do. You had me completely in your corner when you talked about the things you do with your boys, and when you couldn't schedule at a certain time because you volunteered at their school. In my book, that makes you special and your boys are lucky to have you. I am thankful and lucky to have had this chance to work with you.
