I’m the Principal Broker at Coldwell Banker Advisor Realty and have lived in Columbia County for most of my life, giving me extensive knowledge of the region and its history. With over 30 years of combined experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, I provide clients with market insight, financing know-how, and a practical approach to buying and selling. Operating from our Hudson office, I cover the Hudson Valley and Southern Capital Region.

I’ve held leadership roles across the local real estate community — Past President of the Hudson Valley Catskill Region Realtors, Past President of the Columbia-Greene Board of Realtors, and Past President of the Columbia-Greene Northern Dutchess MLS — and was honored as Realtor of the Year by the Columbia-Greene Board of Realtors.
