Jason Wallner truly is an amazing realtor. He had sold my girlfriend’s house in a week for over asking price about two months ago.
Mind you the market was still bad at that time. I was about to put my home back up for sale right away I said I want that realtor. No joke he put my house up it sold in four days for asking price. His dedication and mannerism was above and beyond my expectation.
He then got me my new home which was a rather unique and unprecedented situation.
I said this is what I want, and he made it happen. Again going above and beyond and putting in time and making me feel like a priority at all times.

Jason is my favorite realtor in the area and can I say, after buying and selling real estate for the last 25 years, I am super picky.

Jason was fantastic to work with. My wife and I were moving from out of state, and Jason went above and beyond to help us get a lay of the land and also put our minds at ease about the countless questions we had as first-time home buyers. We told Jason what we were looking for and he lined up some tours for when we were in town, and it just took the one weekend trip to find our home. Jason even picked us up from the airport and dropped us off at our hotel at the end of the day! On top of that, he was a shrewd negotiator on our behalf and helped us get a great price.
