We responded to an ad for a condo where Jason was the realtor. He showed us the property, and then took us to several others. He was patient, prepared, and well versed in all aspects of the real estate market. We loved the condo he had listed and used him to write up the offer. He treated us fairly, ethically, and within the guidelines of real estate law. He was personable, open to suggestions, was patient with the myriad of questions we had due to the fact we are Canadian and unfamiliar with U.S. real estate laws and terminology. He gave us tips on what to do and where to shop in Great Falls and did all that he could to make us feel welcome. Seven years later, we decided to sell our condo and chose Jason once more. Once more, he did his utmost to profile our property in newspapers and magazines. He suggested a fair asking price and even arranged for some minor repairs to be made in our absence. He corresponded with us regularly to keep us updated and took great care of us throughout the term of the listing. It was with great joy that he telephoned me a few months later to let us know he had secured us an offer o the full asking price / cash deal. We trust this man completely with any and all future transactions. I cannot thank him enough for all that he did to make us feel comfortable and in helping us understand U.S. real estate regulations.
