This review is very personal for me because not only was I a new home buyer but was selling my home of 30+ years in an extremely aggressive bidding war real estate market simultaneously searching for my new dream home. Jason was there for me from start to finish, he explained all the nuances and prepared me on how to sell and find my new home simultaneously. If your looking to buy a house in Middle Tennessee, Jason is The person to call! We were still on the West coast when we made contact with Jason. His knowledge of the area was invaluable. Jason has really had to work hard for us, handling everything for us there in Tennessee, while we remain on the West Coast. I've never had a realtor before that I could rely on like I could Jason. He's personable, reliable and responds back promptly to any questions you may have. He has made our home purchasing wonderful and easy oh, something I did not expect being states away! All that's left now is our move in! Thank you Jason for everything!! We are so excited to become Tennessee residents!

Jason was always on top of things related to the sale of our former home and purchase of a new home. He was also very knowledgeable about other service providers that we needed such as home inspection. We quickly found a home that we wanted to purchase and our former home sold in less than a week. There isn’t enough good words to express how awesome working with Jason was. He went above and beyond anything we could have imagined. No matter what time of day we sent him houses that we were interested in he would research and get back with us within 5 minutes it seemed like. Professional, organized, hard working. Jason showed up for our showings with data sheets on the houses organized in a binder.

He spent a full day showing us houses and even though it was a bust, we never felt like Jason was rushing us to choose something. Two days later, we found exactly what we were looking for.

He worked with us to negotiate a favorable contract (great price, appropriate conditions, all the extras) and walked the 25+ acres of property to be sure all was as expected.

I don't think you will find a more genuine, hard working, client-focused agent.
