Jason Wood

Born into a family of real estate brokers, one might say Jason Wood has the business in his blood. Couple that with his experience as a general contractor and you have an agent who knows real estate and property inside and out!

Jason, a Fort Worth, Texas native, has a BA in Finance from the University of North Texas. After graduating from college, he started a successful general contracting business, managing all facets of construction and remodeling new and existing homes. Jason served in the United States Navy as a Corpsman for the US Marine Corps and served in the US Army for a second enlistment in the Judge Advocate General Corps.

In 2005, Jason stopped by Siesta Key for a vacation and never left. With the exception of the time during his military service, he’s called the key “Home” ever since. Jason’s love of Siesta Key allows him to have intimate knowledge of the barrier island that only a resident can! Jason’s hobbies include water sports, boating, flying single-engine aircraft, and running the white sands of Siesta. He exemplifies DWELL’s commitment to customer service, with diligent consideration of his client's needs and strong diligence, which puts his clients at ease throughout their transactions. Jason lives on and specializes in Siesta Key, and he loves everything Sarasota’s barrier islands have to offer.
