Jason is absolutely INCREDIBLE. It's difficult to put into words exactly how great he was during the process of selling our Danville house. We had an older unique property that we knew would be a little trickier to sell. Jason knew exactly what he was talking about, listed it for the exact correct price, and the home sold in 6 days. Did I mention we listed it a year prior with a so-called "TOP LISTING AGENT" and had ZERO interest. You may know who I'm talking about. Jason not only sold our house extremely quickly but he educated us throughout the entire process as well. We had a few hurdles with the buyers and Jason would call us right away to walk us through and formulate a plan of action. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home - Jason is the MASTER. Jason prepped our San Ramon home for sale while we were out of town on vacation. Within 2 weeks after we left he got the house painted, cleaned, staged and listed. 5 stars doesn't even begin to justify what Jason has done for my wife and I. He is unbelievably kind, personable and likeable. He is a wealth of information and made us feel so cared for throughout our whole purchase process. We're first time house buyers in Danville and didn't have a whole lot of knowledge but Jason looked out for us the entire time and asked questions we didn't think to ask. It was an absolute pleasure working with Jason when my wife and I purchased our first home!. Jason helped me purchase my first home in Pleasanton, CA. I am a veteran of the armed forces and was using VA financing. Jason was very knowledgeable about all the documentation I needed to make the process go smoothly. He set me up with a VA approved lender who was also well versed in the process of a VA loan. After helping me select the house, Jason worked closely with the selling agent to make sure all the prerequisites set by the VA were met. As this is my first home, I will be looking to upgrade in a few years. I will definately return for Jason's help when that time comes. It's that time again. And sure enough I called Jason. He sold my condo and got me a great price with very little hassle. After the sale he was able to find an excellent house for me in Livermore that had everything I wanted. Once again I used VA financing and it was not an issue like I hear it can be. My wife and I had been looking to buy for quite some time. When we got serious about purchasing a home Jason was recommended to us. This was our first purchase and can be an intimidating and overwhelming process. Jason was very flexible and accomodating to both of our schedules and was able to meet us at properties late in the evening on weeknights or on weekends.

We didn't feel any pressure to buy from Jason, even when looking at our 20th home together. He was able to find us a property that met our needs, but let us make the fiinal decision.

There are a lot of moving parts to the process when purchasing your first home, Jason was able to explain everything to us (multiple times) in a way that we could understand it. I would surely recommend Jason to anyone who is looking to purchase a home. I know that we'll work with him again in the future.

I HIGHLY recommend Jason Zaitz for any real estate needs you have! I'm a strong believer in sticking with good people and services when you find them. Like finding a good doctor or mechanic, finding a good real estate agent isn't always easy. Real estate transactions are typically some of the largest purchases/sales we make, and the ease and success of those transactions are often determined by the agent.

Being new to the area, my wife and I tried two other agents before we found Jason. Dissatisfied with the other agents due to lack of knowledge and professionalism in one, and overall apathy in the other, we were pleased to find Jason who is a very knowledgeable and consummate professional.

We found Jason after driving by one of his listings and calling him directly (since our then current agent seemed apathetic about showing property). Jason was immediately positive and helpful with the information we were seeking. Even though it was later in the evening and Jason and his wife were on their way to their "date-night" dinner, he still offered to come by and show us the property. Being the selfish jerks we are, we accepted his offer. Sorry Jason, we still owe you and your wife a make up dinner! That house wasn't right for us, but Jason helped us find the one that was.

Being new to the area, we bombarded Jason with questions about the various communities and neighborhoods in the Tri-Valley area, and we had him driving all over the place to show us properties. Through it all, Jason was patient and willing to offer advice or help. His focus was not in pushing for a quick sale, but in making sure we were educated about the area and getting into a home that was right for us and our family. In addition, Jason was extremely knowledgeable regarding the current market, the pros and cons of the various communities and neighborhoods and even the financial institutions and processes involved when the properties were foreclosures or short sales.

Being a very competitive market, we put in a lot of offers and dealt with multiple bidding wars, which was stressful and draining, however, Jason was always on top of things. We could count on him to proactively communicate with us, the other agents, banks, etc to give us the best chance of securing the property we wanted. Ultimately with Jason's help, we bought a great place in a great neighborhood and we are very happy.

As I said earlier, finding a good real estate agent is as valuable and difficult as finding a good doctor or mechanic. After my trial and error experience with other agents, Jason is now my proven and trusted "go to guy" for all things real estate. I highly recommend you save yourself some headaches and frustrations and try Jason first. He's a good agent and a good guy, and he'll take good care of the real estate needs of you and your family.

We were looking for a good agent to sell our house. I remember the brochure that Jason use to send us every year. I said let me contact this guy. I contacted Jason and his response was good and he seemed to be quite knowledgable in the san ramon area. We also had a short time in selling our house. We contacted Jason and had a meeting and we told him what we were looking for. Price was definitely into consideration. Jason had the house coming soon for couple of weeks and we were eager to know the interests. After he put on sale, we were very very excited with the offers that came in and that is all due to hard work of Jason, the way he had organized the presentation, staging and open houses. If I could give Jason 10 stars,I would because he is that good. I decided to interview him based on Yelp reviews and am so glad I did. He is professional, energetic, personable and enthusiastic - and he knows how to get things done. I gave Jason 3 days to get my house staged, get photos and have it on the brokers tour. I didn't think it was possible but I asked anyway - and Jason did it all. He had 2 open houses the first weekend - keep in mind that's less than one week after the house was ready - and he had record numbers of people come through the house each day. His pricing was just right - it brought in multiple offers - in fact, a LOT of offers - and all but one was way over the list price. The house sold for a record price for the neighborhood and I believe Jason had a lot to do with it. When there was a problem with the buyers' financing (even though they had been pre-approved), Jason held it together by talking with the buyers' agent, following up with the lender, and talking me off the ledge when I was ready to kill the deal. I've bought and sold multiple homes and Jason is far and away the best agent I've ever worked with!

As a real estate agent, Jason is responsive, knowledgeable, and responsible. After my offer was accepted and I was in escrow, I found out that if I can close a few days earlier, I can avoid extending my lease. Very quickly, Jason worked with the seller's agent to get an agreement to change the contract to close earlier. We closed smoothly at my preferred time and I moved in right before my lease expired. Before I moved in, Jason did the final checking of the property and found the garage wasn't clean. He contacted the seller's agent to ask for a garbage disposal service to come and clean up the garage. From what I heard, it wasn't an easy job due to the lack of cooperation from the seller's agent but Jason knew what to do to get the job done. It took more than a week for the issue to be resolved and during that time Jason constantly showed his great care for the satisfactory of his client.

Yes, all of these 5 star reviews are accurate. If anything, they don't do Jason enough justice for how amazing he is as an agent and overall person. We were first-time buyers without the ability to pay for a home with an all cash offer, which meant we lost out on multiple properties where several bids were present.

With Jason's ability to work miracles, we were able to secure a wonderful home after submitting just our 3rd offer. Given the fact that we were placing offers during the busiest time of the real estate season on properties that were renovated, desirable and in great locations, this was a huge victory! Jason kept in close contact with the seller's agent and was able to convince them to get us a counter offer, even though they had an all cash offer on the table. Yes, we were able to beat out an all cash offer with Jason's help!

Outside of his excellent negotiating skills, Jason is just an awesome person to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to speak with. He's a down-to-earth person that truly cares about what's best for his clients. He is available anytime you need him and has a "can-do" attitude regardless of any challenges presented. Bottom line - We've found our agent for life. We are excited to work with Jason again to buy and sell future properties and feel fortunate to have found someone who, in our minds, is the perfect agent to work with.

Jason is top notch real estate agent! I needed to sell my Condo in San Ramon and looked up Yelp and found a 5/5 star agent in Jason! Throughout the process, Jason was super responsive, efficient and right on the money for the suggested listing price. With Jason being my agent, I can just have that peace in mind and leave everything to him and take my vacations away from the bay area whenever I needed. Jason was outstanding with the sell of my home in Dublin and the purchase of my "Dream Home" in Pleasanton! Jason helped me to complete the process in just two weeks! Of course, I had to wait for both properties to close, before I could move. He gave me great advise on how to improve my old home, including construction work and staging. He took very professional pictures and made my house shine! I sold for well over the asking price. He also assisted me in getting the sellers to take a contingent offer for my new home. We were delighted to work with Jason again because our first experience was incredible! He helped market and sell our previous home quickly while keeping us informed along the entire process. The next step was to purchase our next abode. We have enjoyed it since the moment we moved in and we really appreciate the professionalism he provided. His expertise and knowledge was what made this experience possible for us. He worked with our timing and listened to what we wanted in both a home and location. Then he listened to what we didn't say, which was actually the key. Jason found us a house that was ideal for our needs. It perfectly suited our sense of style and aesthetics, yet still allowed us to modify slightly and continue to create the space as we envisioned it. Then as the Escrow evolved, he helped work out each obstacle as it came up. He referred us to an great loan broker and continued to hold our hands as questions arose. Jason stayed involved and in good communication all the way through the escrow process and promptly returned our calls. His friendliness, expertise and patience were exactly what we needed, and we appreciate it tremendously. Buying and selling a home are supposed to be stressful, but Jason has the intangibles that dispel that myth. I highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again!

We were impressed by the way that you really worked to understand exactly what we were looking for and assisted us with narrowing our home search. I have an extremely busy work schedule and the fact that you were willing to drive to my office and home on multiple occasions so that we could sign paperwork was a huge plus and true testament of your flexibility. All that being said, one of the things that I thought really set you apart was that you didn't forget about us after the purchase was made. You followed up on all of the outstanding details including additional inspections, reports and repair work. It would have been easy for you to walk away once the purchase documents were signed and yet you made sure that everything was one hundred percent complete.
