Jassen Johnson

In essence Jassen is a developer, dealmaker and creative thinker. He locates and structures development projects, bringing a network of investors, clients, tenants, financial institutions and local officials together to structure successful projects across the city of St. Louis.

Jassen is a graduate of the University of Illinois with a Masters degree in Architectural Management and Business. Jassen has years of experience in urban redevelopment facilitation, design, sales and leasing. He has helped facilitate many recognizable redevelopment projects in the city of St. Louis through Renaissance Development Associates, and he applies his architectural background to enhance the vision and style of every project he initiates. A large portion of his commercial development work can be seen in Midtown Alley as a continued focus and change agent in the region.
