This serves as a very high letter of recommendation for Real Estate Agent Javier Brown. He assisted me and my family business with the purchase of land for our trucking company to serve as our trucking yard in San Bernardino, CA.  I have worked with many real estate agents and brokers on several real estate prospects over the years and can say with confidence that Javier is the best agent/broker I have ever used who made it possible.

Javier has the qualities that make him an extremely successful and effective agent/broker. I can’t say enough about his professionalism and knowledge within the industry. He has high integrity and is very conscientious and tenacious, always keeping the clients best interests in mind. Our real estate purchase was not an easy task, but Javier persevered and never gave up. One of the qualities I respected the most was his no-nonsense, never give up style. As a busy executive, I don’t have time to waste.  He got to the point quickly yet professionally, always respecting my time. He does a great job of listening to his client’s needs and does not waste time showing properties which do not meet the client’s objectives. He does research to assist with assessing a fair market value of the property for the offer and then negotiates effectively with the opposing broker on behalf of the client.  He is extremely responsive to questions, often responding
immediately to our late night or early morning emails.  He shows great attention to the details enabling the transaction gets done.  I have the highest level of confidence in him.  Our transaction went very smoothly, even with minor hiccups or new requests required to get the deal closed in a timely manner. We had a small issue with the city/county on the property following the close of transaction and Javier had great follow through even though Javier had already done his part of the transaction.  He followed up many times with us until the issue was resolved.

As mentioned above, he represented us on the purchase side of
commercial real estate. However, I also would not hesitate to use him as my listing agent if I were selling a property. He is very smart, and transactions can sometime become very complex.  I have the highest level of confidence in him and feel he will be able to properly assess any situation and figure out an effective solution with the end goal of closing the transaction. In future transactions, I will only have Javier represent me, my family and/or our business real estate needs.

I listed my closed gas station
propery for 20 years inb Bloomington California. The location has five 10k gallon tanks which I was ot able to remove due to financial issues and impossible goverement policies. It was to the point i Iost total hope for an asset that was paid of. This got changed till when I contacted MGR Real estate and I met Mr. JAVIER BROWN. From our first meeting, I felt some sense of hope and saw some light at the end off the tunnel. I received an offer by Mr. Brown in A short amount of time which was much more than empty promises that I was previously offered by other real estate agents. I still had to deal with other issues such as leans, taxes and other issues. Mr Brown stayed every step of the way to overcome all the issues and problems and the escrow finally closed. I am happy that I had Mr. JAVIER BROWN on my side to go through what I had to encounter In this process and I know there are many others in my shoe. I definitely recommend Mr. Brown As a confidence and 👌 real estate agent specially for closed gas stations property which have to deal many issues and regulation.
