Javier Landin

Javier Landin is an Austinite at heart, born and raised in Austin, Texas, and graduated from Texas State University majoring in Business Administration. Javier learned about the construction industry through his father's residential spec development company. Working alongside his father he learned every facet of residential development and has a solid understanding of the commercial development process from financing, partnerships structures, and due diligence, to getting a property sold or leased up. Javier is an active commercial real estate investor with a focus on value-add apartment syndication deals. Javier is skilled in underwriting large multifamily properties, and commercial developments. He focuses on commercial development deals, land acquisition, and multifamily development. Javier’s goal is to eventually develop high-rise buildings.
