Prior to joining The Porosoff Group at Compass Real Estate, Javier was an Associate in the Marcus and Millichap Miami Office. Prior to that, Javier held positions in Wealth Management with the leading European banks HSBC Private Bank and Santander Private Banking.

Javier has earned the prestigious Pace Setter and Prospector of the Year Awards, proving his commitment to delivering successful results for his clients. Javier graduated with a degree in Economics from Florida International University (FIU) and Institut Catholique in Paris, France and is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
