Javin Hope

A native of Hawaii, Javin began her real estate career with first-time homebuyers and VA military moves while transitioning from the sports management field. She found that she was continually helping traded and newly signed professional athletes find real estate agents in other states to help them relocate. She saw an opportunity in this elite network and has devoted herself to a successful career in real estate since then. She not only services the VA military, first-time homebuyers, professional athletes, entertainers and their families with relocations but, more so, her San Diego sphere of influence and clients across the nation.

Javin is licensed in both California and Hawaii, specializing in luxury home sales in La Jolla. With a focus on N.County, Santaluz, Del Cerro, and Alvarado Estates communities, she has a wealth of knowledge of the N. Coastal Cities to Downtown and the Greater San Diego neighborhoods. Recently representing major banks, listing their foreclosures and handling Short Sales in the San Diego area, she has a well-rounded to the local real estate market. Her membership affiliations with many mortgage default industries and Bank Asset Management organizations such as Bank of America, Chase, numerous REO outsourcers, NAHREP - National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, as well as AAREA - Asian American Real Estate Association, helps her provide her clients with additional resources.

As an active philanthropist within the San Diego community, she enjoys working with the young and underprivileged children and women in numerous NFL foundations, Father Joe’s Village, Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, The American Cancer Society, and Agents of Change building Homes of Hope in Mexico.
