He knows the DMV area very well and is connected with everyone involved in buying and selling a property. I know Jawaid Kotwal who is truthful, respectful and successful business man. Beside his business he helped and still helps thousands of those immigrants who come to this country as SIV Immigrants or US military interpreters. He should be awarded for his efforts and tremendous work but
unfortunately some People are extremely jealous and they do not want to see Jawaid kotwal’s accomplishment and capability. Some miserable People leave bad reviews from several fake accounts which is against the law to harm someone’s business for no reason.

It was a pleasure having Mr. Jawid Kotwal as our agent. Mr. Kotwal is very knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, responsive, and always on time for the walkthrough.

He is very knowledgeable about all of the different features and aspects of all the homes we saw. When we finally found "The One," we knew it would be hard from the start, especially with the seller's market that we are in today. What also made it crazier was our future home received multiple bids. Thankfully, Mr. Kotwal was able to use his excellent negotiating skills to help us win our bid.

I can't thank Mr. Kotwal enough! From home searching to closing on our first home, Kotwal provided such a remarkable, insightful, and welcoming experience that I can't recommend him enough.
