I used Jay as my realtor in selling my first home. My parents use him often and they always brag about how he goes above and beyond with every deal they close.

Jay patiently walked me through every step of the selling process. He is always quick to respond and help in every way possible. He even helped me line up someone to fix the roof and water heater on the home before the buyers would accept the contract!

Jay Anderson was the best choice I could’ve made in a real estate agent as a first time home buyer. He was more than patient with me and answered any questions I could come up with. He did his best to work around my schedule and showed me any house I asked to see. He kept me updated along every step in the process and made sure it was what I wanted. He put in all the work, he made the phone calls and did the paperwork so that all I had to do was agree and sign. Mr. Anderson has the knowledge and experience to make the home buying process less intimidating and a good attitude overall to make you feel comfortable.

We owned 40 undeveloped acres near West Union that had been in our family for many years, but we live 2 hours away in Dayton and never went out there. We decided to sell it, so we carefully researched realtors in that area. There really weren't very many out in that region that had a lot of listings or sales to their credit. We wanted someone knowledgeable about the area, who was getting results, not just trying..Jay fit the bill perfectly, and guided us through the entire process smoothly and quickly. We had no idea what the land was worth but Jay did his research and helped us price it correctly. We got a full price offer within 5 days of listing it. We closed in little more than a month. I heard that the number one complaint on realtors is lack of communication. Jay certainly does not fall anywhere close to that category. Since we did not have a certain location we wanted to move to, Jay was willing to show us any property in OH, regardless. He would routinely call to see how things were going and send over potential listings for our consideration. He went out of his way to learn what we liked and disliked. He would also always answer his phone or call you right back even if you didn’t leave a message. Since we were moving to a new state, we did not use Jay to sell our house, but I am absolutely certain he would provide you the same level of service. I would highly recommend Jay if you are looking to buy/sell your home.
