My husband and I would highly recommend Jay to anyone looking for a new home. We didn't know Jay before meeting him at Mooresville Realty but that made no difference in how hard he worked with us in finding the right home. We were under a time crunch and Jay was always available. He showed us whatever we wanted and as many times as we wanted. He worked vigorously on every offer we placed. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty addressing any questions or concerns we had and those of his own that we missed. He was also very helpful with suggestions on improvements needed, costs involved, comparing properties and various matters to think about when buying a home. He listens to your list of must haves and won't haves and incorporates that into his searches. Jay is very personable and you quickly come to realize that he is not just your realtor but more your friend that keeps your best interest at heart. He shares with you not only his passion for his career but also life. If you are looking for a dedicated realtor you will definitely find that in Jay Ballard.

Jay Ballard was the most professional and knowledgeable real estate agent I have every worked with. I would recommend everyone I know to use Jay for any real estate needs. There is not enough that I can say about Jay Ballard. We sold our house using another agent and after that experience, I knew that wasn't the agent I wanted to help us find our new home. We found Jay and he more than exceeded our expectations. He was always on time for appointments, he answered phone calls and emails promptly, he even followed up with inspectors on our behalf. Jay is so down to earth and such a pleasure to work with. When we found the house, he was surprised that no one had put an offer in. He called the realtor on the spot, got the information needed and before long, we were able to put in an offer that was lower than I expected to put in and they TOOK IT! Jay gives wonderful advice. You cannot find a better real estate agent than Jay Ballard. He will do anything in his power to make his customers happy. He went above and beyond and I cannot thank him enough.
