Jay Bru grew up on a grain and cattle farm in Saskatchewan and started working at a young age. He purchases his first home at 23. He knew at this time with the small cash flow from roommates and tenants, real estate would be a long-term fit for him. Not only did he enjoy investing himself, but his passion was sharing his knowledge with others. He took pride in educating and assisting in finding personal residences and great investments for his clients. He knew how to find them and determine if these investments were a good financial and personal decision. He had lived in many environments such as small high-end condominium’s, beach condominium’s, large homes, small homes, four plex’s, duplexes, and Airbnb’s and could help with making decisions such as renting or buying a home. His favorite part of real estate was the moment he witnesses his clients’ find their perfect home or investment.

Taking his clients from start to finish was vital in the process with high touch communication, trust, and his knowledge to give them the confidence they would close successfully. Jay currently invested in 2 countries, 3 states and one province with over $3.6 million in assets in real estate and involved in acquisition deals that were $10 + million-dollar properties. One of his highest producing properties was an Airbnb in Scottsdale that rented out weekly and monthly for well over $5000 per month in the high season that was purchased for only $72,000 in the downturn.

He had also done over a dozen fix and flip projects with full construction in some and minor renovations. He had experience in almost every area in real estate and could help you or your client’s needs.
