I also bought and sold property in Loveland, Colorado and Fort Collins Colorado. In 1994 I became a Broker in Loveland, Colorado and specialized in Commercial property and land sales in Red Stone Canyon. Also in 1994 I started investing in property on South Padre Island and in 1995 I moved to the Island. After moving to the island in 1995 I opened a Real Estate and Rental company the beginning of South Padre Coastal Real Estate was born."
