Jay Eischen has always been drawn to service, whether it be providing his clients with one-on-one guidance during their buying or selling journey or serving those in his community. Since becoming a Realtor with Long and Foster in 2004, Jay has earned the following certifications: Graduate in Real Estate Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR), distressed property expert and has earned an Associate Brokers license. Like many tenured agents, he owns multiple rental homes and "flips" a few homes a year. This has given him the knowledge and experience necessary to assist his new clients who are looking to buy and/or sell their home. Jay has earned the confidence of the managing broker at Long and Foster to work with many of the relocation clients that are referred to the Southpark office in Colonial Heights. Typically, the most experienced and consistent agents are chosen to work with relocation clients. He plans to continue his career in real estate and would be happy to do so into his golden years. Prior to joining Long and Foster's Southpark team, Jay served different clients as a restaurant general manager and area manager for the world's second largest inventory service and lived in Virginia Beach, Fort Worth, Texas, and Atlanta, Georgia. He and his wife have lived in Chester since 2002 and enjoy spending time with their dogs. They have two grown sons.
