Jay did a great job getting my house on the market and getting it sold! He is obviously very experienced and knowledgeable and his advice for getting the home ready to sell was exactly right. I had 8 offers the first weekend it was listed and a signed buy/sell agreement by Monday (above the asking price.) Jay is practical, down-to-earth, and gets the job done!
