Jay has over fifteen years of experience transacting, managing and repositioning Commercial and Residential Investment Real Estate in Austin, Texas. His past experience includes, Multi-Family development and repositioning projects, Office development and repositioning projects, Single Family home portfolio acquisitions and Raw Land entitlement and dispositions.
Jay’s vision has been consistent throughout his career; to help build wealth for his clients through investment real estate. Jay prefers working on challenging, distressed or sophisticated project’s because he believes they provide more opportunities to create value in a meaningful way to both the community, and the bottom line of the investor. He is a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).
Jay is also very involved within the local real estate community. He is currently serving as a director through 2017 on the board of CTCAR (Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) and has been active on various committees for the Central Texas Chapter of CCIM. In 2015 he was selected to join the Seton Forum and remains active in their cross-industry networking platform. He has also been involved with the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA) and Urban Land Institute (ULI) and is always looking for additional opportunities to be involved and serve Austin.
