I was introduced into April Mauch back in 2015 through the Pillar Platinum Purchase Program, when I was originally single, and looking for a home. Through that journey of buying, I eventually got cold feet and stopped the process. However, I knew, when the right time presented itself again, I wanted to use April!!! She’s was that FANTASTIC on that journey!

Fast forward to now, 2020. My husband and I were in the market to buy our first home. Without hesitation, April was the only realtor we contacted. Her wealth of knowledge, accessibility and willingness to help, was more than we could imagine. No matter the time or day we would reach out to her, she was ALWAYS available. ALWAYS! She answered all of our questions and walked us throughly through the process.

Often at times when a person is very knowledgeable in their field, they tend to talk in their business jargon, in turn, getting frustrated when the buyer doesn’t know what their talking about. However, with April, we REALLY loved how she gave us information in a way we understood it and was very transparent. There were times where she walking us through processes that were not her job. She could’ve told us to reach out to whomever. But, had it not been for April, the Title part of closing would’ve been a complete and utter disaster. We requested for her to be there during signing and she showed up without hesitation. Her guidance through this journey was EXACTLY what we needed. She treated us like family and showed us she really cared about the home we were selecting and our first home buying experience.

I could go on and on about how knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate and an expert in her field, April is, but, you have to use her services to know. She WILL NOT disappoint you! Give her a try. We would recommend her ten times over and over again!!

Oh, and added bonus: She gives AWESOME closing gifts too. Lol!! My daughter loves her wireless EarPods and we love our gifts too. (I told her how we were going to get a screen mesh for the patio door and guess what...She bought it for us as a gift.) Such a nice addition to the home and something she truly didn’t have to do. But again, she truly cares about your purchase and experience, which shows!!
