Jay Kennihan

Jay is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and has been a resident of the town of Chapel Hill since 1980. Since embarking on a career in real estate, Jay has been a multi million dollar producer and is both a broker and owner of the firm; he currently serves as the Broker In Charge of Chapel Hill Realty Group. Active in the community as president of the booster club at East Chapel Hill High School or in service as a long time member of the Chapel Hill Country Club, Jay has garnered a unique perspective of the town and surrounding areas. The father of three girls and married to his college sweetheart, Jay is proud to be of service to his clients and just as importantly, his community.
