Jay was by far the best realtor I've worked with. Jay is very knowledgeable, attentive and hardworking. Jay made the process very smooth and explained in detail every aspect. Jay was able to sell our house very quickly and at the same time was able to get us our dream house. Jay went above and beyond and I highly recommend him if you’re looking for a realtor!

First, Jay produced amazing photos that really highlighted the home I was trying to sell. This made the online listing really stand out. Then, Jay was very professional and patient in negotiating with our buyer once we were under contract. He managed the back and forth communication in a way that minimized the stress during that time, and helped us reach a win-win arrangement with some of the property details after we went under contract. I have had the benefit of using Jay on four separate occasions. Not only did I walk away from the closing table every time feeling like I got the absolute best deal, the years that have followed those closings have confirmed that my initial feeling was correct. Jay has looked out for my interests, even if it meant him having a conversation with me that it may not be the best time to sell. Talk about putting his clients ahead of himself!
