Jay is the realtor to go with if you are buying a home in the Charlotte area! My husband and I are first time homebuyers and Jay really stepped us through the process. He knows a ton about Charlotte and the real estate market here. His expertise and knowledge really come in handy. He also dedicates a lot of his time to make sure you understand what is going on with your transaction and that you are comfortable with all decisions. He is patient, understanding, and provides excellent recommendations. Would 100% recommend Jay!

I'm a nonprofit manager who was buying my first home. I can't say enough about my experience with Jay. I see some of the other reviewers saying he treated them like family, and that's exactly what he did with me. Being a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of rookie questions that he answered with grace. He was prompt with communication and always had my back. Jay helped me get the house that was at the top of my list, and we got it for below the asking price. He even went above and beyond to help me fix an issue with my shower temperature after I already bought the home! You would be doing yourself a disservice by going with any other realtor.

If you are looking for an awesome Realtor/Broker in the NC and SC area you cannot go wrong with Jay Mason! My husband and I wanted to sell our rental property within a decent time frame and Jay got it done. He walked through the house with us and made suggestions on things that would help it to sell quickly. Luckily, we took his advice, and about three days after the house went on the market it was under contract. Jay is that person that will hustle for his client. There was not one time that he did not promptly return a phonecall, text, or email and his knowledge of his field is incredible. I highly recommend Jay, he goes above and beyond for his clients. His level of customer service is hard to find these days. Thanks Jay!
