About Jay

I have been a licensed Realtor for nearly 8 years now and I truly LOVE what I do for a living. I actually started my real estate career over 11 years ago as an investor, buying, rehabbing and then selling homes in the area. I learned a lot of great lessons that I now pass on to the buyers and sellers I work with.

I take a great deal of pride in helping my clients meet and exceed their expectations. I spend a lot of time educating my clients about local real estate market conditions, available financing options and resources and how to achieve top dollar in less time when marketing their home.

I attended the University of Iowa and graduated in 1990 with a BA degree in economics with an emphasis on marketing.

As an Oswego and Aurora resident for the past 15 years, I have strong knowledge of the area and everything it has to offer. I am the blessed father of an 11 year old son, 23 year old daughter and a beautiful wife.
