Was looking for a home and called Jay's number on the sign outside of a property. Couldn't do a deal on that property, but he put in a lot of effort and found a number of other likely properties that met my criteria. He answered nearly every time I called and when he couldn't answer, he returned a call or text in a very short time. I've worked with other realtors who just wanted to make a quick sale, show you three houses and expected you to pick one like a tv show. They wanted to do as little as possible, and make the most off the sale as they could, witch is only good for them. Jay actually took the time, went beyond to get a deal done, worked with me through the final paperwork and even checked back a couple of weeks later to see how things were going. He is very professional, polite, dedicated and honest. You could search far and wide, and still not find a realtor better than Jay McCarrell. by Clint A. 12/08/2016

Jay Mccarrell was more than just a realtor, he's a master at negotiation and reading the market! Always showed up professionally, Cared about what you had to say and didn't try to talk me into something that I said I didn't want. In fact he did the opposite, he looked out for me time after time, pointing out the defects in the house but gave me the respect to still make my own decisions. I even referred him to my own brother who had the same amazing experience I did. In the end when I was about to call it quits on what I could see as my dream house, Jay Couldn't let that happen... he put $1500 of his own commission towards my house and it worked I got the house!.... that's right MY HOUSE not his, easily the biggest gift I every got beside what I got on my wedding. Jay Mccarrell is amazing, I keep in touch with him till this day, he's been a blessing to me and my wife. HONESTY is the best word to describe Jay. He is NOT a pushy salesman that rushes you just to meet his quota. We needed to find a special home that would accommodate noisy children, parents, and grandparents that wanted peace and quiet. We bought our home last year with the great help of Jay McCarrell, our Realtor. We had previously worked with other realtors, but our experience with Jay was more of an excellent experience. Jay is very honest, smart, professional, friendly, and has a great follow-through. He developed and coordinated pricing strategies that resulted in us getting a great comfortable home in an amazing area that our family loves. Prior to us meeting Jay, we had a very stressful experience with our previous realtor; however, with Jay’s guidance and care, our nerves were never exhausted. I am very fortunate to have met and worked with Dr. Jay McCarrell. Dr. McCarrell was very helpful throughout the entire home purchase process. From the work he did explaining the market values, great communication during the search, timely on-going communication, and then most importantly through the inspection and closing process. Dr. McCarrel is a genuine professional who takes into considerations the needs of the different families he works with. He never tried to convince me of buying a house he would never buy for his own family. As a matter of fact, he did the opposite looking out for our family by pointing out any possible irregularities with the purchase, inspection, and/or the seller moving out. I’ll never forget that he donated his valuable time to help the seller move out, just so that I could get my home key on the planned day. I gladly referred him to my friend, who had a great experience just like myself.
