Jay Norman

Jay Norman's broad experience in all facets of real estate and his deep understanding of finance continually prove to be invaluable to clients with even the most complex needs. A native of the region and son of company founder John Norman, he initiated the expansion of the company's services, adding leasing and investment sales to Norman Realty's long respected capabilities in land sales and build-to-suit projects. A Norman Realty broker since 1989 and president since 2001, he has played a major role in the company's ongoing growth.

Norman's active involvement in the local business community affords him an audience with major players in the Northern Virginia marketplace. He has served on the boards of the Northern Virginia chapter of NAIOP, the Virginia Association of Commercial Real Estate (VACRE), Fauquier Bankshares, Inc. and currently serves on the board of Utron Inc., and is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the George Mason University Foundation.
