What can I say about my good friend and realtor Jay Quigley?
Jay is a true profession at his job and keeping relationships. More than two years ago my wife and I were interested in selling our condo. Jay kept us up to date the entire time, sending us anniversary cards, showing us market pricing updates, congratulations card for our now one year old, birthdays and so much more. If you truly want to feel valued, go with the best professional in the town. He works hard at his job, sitting with folks, discussing options, explaining all the details that goes into house buying, selling, and even hosting first time buyers classes for those interested. My wife and I were able to sell our condo in just at a week with offers behind it. He helped us price our condo at a rate that it would sell while others in our same neighborhood were trying to go above market in pricing. And when it came to buying, we had access to all the options out there. We combed through the homes, found the one right for us and Jay took it from there. I can’t express the gratitude I have of my friend Jay and the 6 plus years of knowing him. If you’re looking for a great realtor, look no further, Jay Quigley is your man. Also, him and his wife do a great job at hosting gatherings for their clients. Can’t wait to have my house warming done by him.

Jay must be the cordon bleau of realtors. As a second time homebuyer, my experience was significantly elevated this time around. From making sure we had a thorough understanding as sellers of the why behind the listing price, to getting us psychologically prepared and strategized for decluttering the home to be professionally photographed, he was attentive to every minute detail we would not have considered ourselves. I definitely went into this with some anxiety about doing a concurrent sale and purchase, but his confidence in orchestrating the moving parts made the whole experience much less daunting and feel manageable with our busy work and parent lives. I was very comforted by his presence throughout the closing day appointment at the title company as opposed to simply staying for collecting commission, which I have experienced in the past with a different realtor. Jay was extremely responsive and accessible, highly knowledgeable, especially regarding market trends, and tremendously helpful in preparing us for listing our home. Jay has been a blessing to our family. He was our therapist and encourager when feeling overwhelmed about all of the steps it took to get two homes closed within a week apart while balancing parenting and three jobs between my husband and me. 10 stars ⭐️

As a first time home buyer, I am so glad that Jay was my realtor! There were a lot of little things that popped up throughout the process that I did not understand and Jay was always available and willing to talk through my questions. I had an excellent time working with Jay to purchase my first home. I had actually tried to buy in 2020, but wasn't quite ready. Jay kept in touch for 4 years, constantly checking my progress and giving me advice on ways to save. Finally, when it was time, I had a tons of questions and concerns. Jay toured multiple houses with me, gave his very honest opinion on every house we saw - even if we disagreed - which I always respected. If you are a first time homebuyer/seller, if your nervous, tentative, or would need a lot of help during the process of buying or selling a house I couldn't recommend Jay enough.

I am now at just over a month since closing and he is still answering questions / giving advice whenever asked. I love my house, but if we ever decide to sell, it will most definitely be through Jay.

This review has been a longtime coming, but with an out of state move and all that goes along with that, it’s been a bit delayed. Now that we’ve got some time to breathe, I want to personally take the time to thank both Jay and Michele! Our very first true interaction with Jay was via video call since we were out of state, and he exuded such professionalism and expertise in his field. We knew at that moment that we were in good hands, and he put our concerns with an out of state purchase at ease. Both he and Michele were with us each step along the journey, and they made sure that we were taken care of, and that progress with our new home build was going along as planned without hiccups. My wife and I were first time home buyers and Jay made the experience so smooth! As soon as we decided to go with him as our realtor, he got us in touch with great mortgage lenders and helped jump start the pre-approval process. Within less than a week of first contacting Jay, we had an extensive first meeting to discuss what we were looking for in our new home. He explained to us very clearly how the process would unfold and what his role was in all of it. He gave us a great and easy to do list to help guide us on picking out homes to tour. Jay used innovative phone applications where we could send listings we liked straight to him. He understood our time crunch, as we we needed to move out of our old place in less than 4 months, and straight away had listings for us to look over at that first meeting. Over the next month, we saw upwards of 10 homes, and no matter the time or day, he was available to show us homes and strategize on making offers. He is a master of strategizing on offers, which was absolutely crucial in the hot sellers' market we were facing. In less than a month, we were under contract on the perfect home. When I set out on the journey to find my first home, I did not realize what an uphill battle it would be. Finding the “perfect forever home” during this market seemed impossible. Realtors like Jay Quigley are rare! We began working with Jay when my wife and I needed to find an apartment. I had recently left the military and the wife and I moved all the way from Hawaii to the Tampa area.

For the year we lived in the apartment, Jay's level of commitment, communication, and overall thoughtfulness amazed me! He kept in touch, mailed birthday cards with personalized hand-written messages, a magnet with the Ray's schedule, etc.

I just bought a 3/2 in Hillsborough County with the help of Jay Quigley. We saw many homes and the average price of a Hillsborough home seemed to have grown by about 20k-30k more by the time I found this one. I am very happy with my purchase and with Jay’s assistance and effort in making this happen. Jay has a fiduciary agreement to help you find the best home for you and that helped me become comfortable with the process but expect to move fast! I was a first time home buyer so I didn’t know what all went into buying a home. I had a great experience with Jay and would recommend him as your realtor.

This past summer my family and I found ourselves needing to find a new home within two weeks. Our landlord had decided to put the unit we've lived in for the past three and half years of on the market. We were given two weeks to vacate. A mutual friend referred Jay Quigley to us. My husband and I bought a new construction home with the help of your agent Jay Quigley. He was very knowledgeable and was always available to us throughout the process. From the very beginning Jay worked on our behalf assisted us with reviewing the builder's contract and even negotiated a significant builder credit that went towards our closing costs. In addition, Jay recommended that we obtain our own third party home inspection company to inspect the home at various parts of the construction and I'm glad we did. Our inspector was able to identify various issues and have them corrected by the builder before moving onto the next phase of construction. We are so happy with the service Jay provided that we will definitely refer him to our family and friends.

I would like to start by saying, Jay Quigley was great to work with! He is an honest straight forward professional who always puts his clients best interest first. Fortunately, we were able to find a home quickly with some research of our own and Jay's guidance. However, Jay showed just how dedicated he is to his clients the day of our inspection when the homeowner had not cleared the access to the attic. Determined to have a thorough inspection, Jay rolled up his sleeves and moved everything that was in the way to allow access to the attic. We are so thankful for this because our inspection revealed a substantial roof leak in this area. Jay ended up enlisted his own contractor to look at the damage, since the homeowner was unable to get someone out to estimate the work that was needed. Jay was also able to negotiate a credit for the repairs but ultimately the appraiser required the work to be completed before closing. Jay had warned us of this possibility. This and the homeowner not being ready to move out pushed our closing back a week but Jay, always with a positive out look, helped me keep it together. In the end, Jay would be unable to attend the final walkthrough and closing due to a week long class that he had already committed to. He placed us in good hands however. Dave Lechuga stood in for Jay and really did a great job. Thank you to both of these wonderful gentlemen and Florida Executive Realty for making this home buying experience a great one.
