Jay-Son graduated from Stanford University in 1996 with a BA in Economics. After several years in Corporate America in consulting in the San Francisco Bay Area, international banking in New York City, and a high tech career in his hometown of Seattle/Tacoma, he debated going back to law school. Weighing three years of schooling versus real estate school of two weeks, he chose the latter and started his career in real estate serving the Seattle/Bellevue/Kirkland market in 2001 and never looked back.
In 2003, Jay-Son moved to Las Vegas, and has witnessed the boom, subsequent downturn, and our current revival in the Las Vegas real estate market. His unique combination of education, work experience, and world travel give Jay-Son an unparalleled view of real estate, both as a residence as well as an investment vehicle for wealth building. While Jay-Son specializes in commercial real estate, he and his wife, Jenny, are both avid real estate investors in residential real estate around the country.
?Jay-Son’s passion is in leading teams, educating people on financial freedom, and spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys traveling, finding great eats, and enjoying nature. He and his family own SATAY Thai Bistro & Bar, the best Thai restaurant in Las Vegas. Jay-Son and Jenny are new parents with the arrival of their son, Jackson, in October 2018.
