Jay is a broker associate and licensed realtor in the state of South Carolina. He specializes in representing his clients in the purchase and sale of single-family homes and condominiums along the Grand Strand, from North Myrtle Beach to Myrtle Beach, and along the coastline of Garden City Beach. He truly loves the area that he grew up in and prides himself on his knowledge of current transactions, school districts, and neighborhood information.

In 1999 his business partner and him started Barefoot Realty to showcase the beautiful waterway property of Barefoot Resort and Golf. In addition to his knowledge of Barefoot Resort, he has grown up along the Grand Strand, living in Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach for over 50 years. Having seen the growth and development along the oceanfront coastline, he has extensive knowledge of the oceanfront condominiums and oceanfront single-family homes. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Coastal Carolina Board of Realtors. Also, he sits on the Board of Directors of South Atlantic Bank, The Housing Board at Coastal Carolina University, and is an active member in the First Presbyterian Church in Myrtle Beach. Growing up, Jay was always involved with extra-curricular activities through school and church. H graduated from Coastal Academy and later graduated from the University of South Carolina with a B.S. degree. He met his wife during college and they have been married for over 29 years. They are blessed with two beautiful children who both attended school at the University of South Carolina as well. Jay's current hobbies include spending time with his family, traveling, boating, hunting, and volunteering with various programs and organizations. The Grand Strand is his home and he can help make it your home as well.
