Jay Willard

Jay enjoys the challenge of helping customers to make confident, informed decisions about their most valuable asset. Jay is a native of West Virginia and a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy. After serving in the Air Force for 15 years with tours around the world, including three in overseas locations, Jay entered corporate operations management and sales where he honed his skills as a polished, customer service-oriented professional. His years of experience have given him the skills to negotiate the best possible contract for every transaction.

Licensed since 2015, Jay has represented hundreds of buyers and sellers over his career. He has sold homes all over Northern Georgia, from investment properties to luxury homes, from traditional to not-so-traditional transactions. He has worked with banks, corporate clients and represented estates in real estate transactions.

He has turned his love for real estate into a passion for coaching, training, and assisting other agents with every aspect of the real estate transaction. Jay is an active member of the Atlanta REALTORS® Association, Georgia Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® and holds a number of specialty training certifications, including Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Military Relocation Specialist.

As a full-time REALTOR®, Jay seeks to embody the values of hard work, discipline, and integrity with everyone that he encounters. Jay loves spending quality time with his wife, three children and his Grandson, traveling, riding motorcycles, completing home improvement & repair projects, and serving in his church.
