This realtor is very helpful and kind go out and beyond their job to ensure that their clients are able to meet their deadlines and ensure that the house was up to standard and list on time. I have never met any realtor that are more passionate about helping others then Jayann therefore I highly recommend that if you’re selling a house that you will utilize this specific realtor because she will go out of her way to ensure that your expectations and needs are met. I had one issue with the house during inspection and the contractors wants a very high price to fix certain areas in the house however she was able to get a another contract who will fix the house issue for a much lower price. I highly recommend Loree or Jayann from Van Dorm if you are buying or selling a home.

I met Jayann at an open house. She has the best personality and aura. We hit it off right away and i decide right then that i wanted her to be my Realtor. She goes above and beyond to show houses. Near or far she would always make time for me. I really dont know when she sleeps. She will show you houses late in the evening, weekend, or whenever i needed her. She has been a blessing to me. The buying process I am experiencing would not have been the same without her expertise, honesty, and kindness. I truly appreciate her. My whole family liked her. Some people are very good at their jobs and she is one of the BEST!
