It has been 38 years since I have been through the process of buying a house. So many things have changed.

Jayesh listened to what my husband and I were looking for in our new home and picked out many homes for us to look at. Jayesh helped us to see the things that as a buyer you don’t notice…. Like look at the wood rot here and oh by the way this has a very busy road right next to you. He did a great job in helping find the right home for us.

Once we decided on a home we had to sell our current home. Jayesh nailed the selling price. In the past when we tried to sell our home the realtor was so lazy and only did 1 open house and then basically abandoned us. Jayesh actually did 3 or was it 4 open houses in addition to on line advertising.

Once we had a buyer, Jayesh kept us informed of everything that was going on as it was happening. Any questions we had, Jayesh would get back to us right away with the information we needed. And of course, no one is perfect….we had one slip up, where the buyers agent made an appointment to view the house and he hadn’t let us know. This was a very small thing when you look at everything we needed and expected from him.

What I really appreciate about Jayesh is that he was always honest with us.
