Jayme Downey is a highly experienced and successful Real Estate Broker and Coach with over 20 years of industry experience. She began her career as an agent, quickly rising through the ranks to become a top producer in the Charlotte NC market while receiving numerous accolades and awards.

Jayme and her husband Bobby formed a team in 2014 selling over $100 million dollars in real estate and helped hundreds of families find their next home. Together they were the highest producing husband/wife team in the top Keller Williams office in the WORLD for many years. This award winning team has been recognized as the Top 1% of agents worldwide, awarded the Top 100 Most Influential Realtors in NC, and have won countless company awards over the years for production and high quality service. In 2018 they opened their own brokerage to focus on creating an opportunity for top agents in the area to collaborate and excel.

Recognizing her passion for mentoring and teaching others, Jayme transitioned into coaching and has since helped many agents take their careers to the next level.
