Eric Goosen has been such a professional, knowledgeable, efficient, helpful and friendly Realtor. We had family emergencies which required that we were out of town most of the time that our Condominium was being sold. He helped coordinate and personally oversaw all the work that was needed from afar which included the unit updates, cleaning, repairs, and showings. He kept us fully updated on the progress from beginning to end and even paid for things out of his own pocket until we could reimburse him! Our listing sold quickly for full price even in the Winter! We highly recommend Eric and thank him for his tremendous efforts!!
