About Jayne

Jayne has been working in real estate on Sanibel Island for 18 years and has been a Sanibel resident for 22 years. Jayne moved to Sanibel in 1990, she was previously a Toronto, Ontario native, to find a warmer climate and live in paradise. She has found both here and has never looked back.

Jayne serves many areas in southwest Florida, primarily Sanibel and Captiva Islands, Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. She is also active in and as far south as Bonita Beach and North Naples. Jayne specializes in waterfront and golf course communities and is knowledgeable of Sanibel construction and building regulations and codes. She is a full service Realtor and is well versed in foreclosure, short sales and 1031 exchanges. Jayne can also provide property management services after the sale.
