Jayson Yoss

Jayson is the founder and Designated Broker of GoldenWest Management, Inc. Jayson began his career in the Real Estate Industry in 1999. While attending the University of Arizona, Jayson interned with top producers in the residential sales and management sector who encouraged him to get his real estate license. With sales agents helping investors to buy homes around the UoA, the need for competent property management arose. After graduating with his Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology, Jayson served as a Marine Infantry Officer, where he served two tours in Iraq and Afghanistan. Though starting GoldenWest right before joining the Marine Corps, he was able to begin growing his company upon returning from overseas. Almost twenty years later, GoldenWest is now solely focused on Residential Property Management with offices in Las Vegas, NV, Phoenix, AZ and San Diego, CA. With the leadership skills he learned in the military and the support of a top-level team, Jayson’s passion is helping clients “Rent it Like You Mean It.” When he is not at work, Jayson can be found spending time with his family including triplets (two boys and one girl), either at the beach surfing or in the mountains snowboarding.
