I began my search for a buyers agent just like you, scouring reviews and looking at agent after agent. Something about Jaz stood out to me—her page was warm and inviting, and from our first phone call I knew I made the right choice. Jaz is extremely knowledgeable, kind, honest, and hardworking. We toured house after house, taking tours all across town on several occasions (with our kids in tow mind you). Her attention to detail and support in the process was invaluable. After purchasing our home there was no doubt in our mind that we would list our previous home with Jaz as well. Jaz executed everything perfectly for us and there was never a worry in the process. Wow, where to begin? Jaz is a brilliant realtor, and a wonderful person as well. She is extremely knowledgeable, and will make sure you are taken care of during the entire process. She answers texts and phone calls immediately! As soon as you talk to her for the very first time, you know she's got you, and you can relax and look forward to a smooth transaction.

In our case, we decided on a condo in Mountain House, CA. The price was perfect for us but we did not have a realtor, and the realtor we had worked with over 20 years prior for the purchase of our first home, had long since retired. We picked Jaz because of the spectacular reviews she has from clients just like us. I called her at 630 am, and she called me back within an hour! Her genuine caring and warmth won me over right away; I knew right off the bat we were in good hands. Only 3 weeks have passed from that early morning phone call to COE, and here we are, getting ready to move in! She went above and beyond to get us a great deal, and was successful, among other things, in having sellers pay 50% of the closing costs!
We trust her so much, we plan on having her list our first home as soon as possible, and we will write her another review after the sale.

If you are looking for a realtor who will guide you from the loan process to closing, who is there for you no matter how many times you call her or text her in the same day (thank you, Jaz!!), look no further! She is, simply put, THE BEST!

Jaz went above and beyond helping us close on our house in only 5 weeks from start to finish! There were many difficulties dealing with the buyer and the buyer's lender, but she was on top of it calling the buyer's agent and even the lender to keep things moving and in the timeframe outlined.

Although we were stressed throughout the process, Jaz had a confident calmness having gone through it many times. She was even more familiar with our neighborhood and the houses that had sold than us!

We highly recommend that if you are looking for a realtor to help you sell your home, Jaz should be the first person you call! And there'll be no need to call anyone else.

Jaz is just unbelievable. She goes above and beyond to bat for you and is always willing to help answer and guide you in the right direction. It was our first time working with her to sell our home. The first time we met her she came very well prepared on what she offers and what services she will do for us in order to help us sell our home. To be very honest she did much more than the services she said she will do initially and for nothing extra.
During this whole process she guided us through this and made sure we are not rushed to make a decision which I really liked the best.
Normally agents will rush you and try to sell your house as quickly as possible even if that means selling it for less.. but she thought otherwise. She believed in market and our home and selling price and made sure we do not sell it for a loss. Looking back now we couldn't have made the decision we did without her help.

I made the mistake of trusting my largest asset to another agent; it sat on the market for 50 days without an offer (when houses went pending within 10-15 days). She exhibits customer empathy, and tries to understand what's on a buyer's mind. She won't let you make an offer on a home if you aren't ready vs. pushing you to sign.

During my home purchase, I realized how invaluable it is to have a realtor like Jaz when you're dealing with complex legal contracts with 100s of pages, trying to find out if the price is right, what's negotiable and what's not, what builder should pay vs. you should pay, deal with issues found during inspections, and property tax implications. So many things to look at, you can't deal with these alone.

My wife and I had a home to sell in Concord so we could purchase a bigger one for our growing family. She took the time to explain all the different scenarios we could encounter. She was clear and direct on what she expected from us and what we could expect from her.

After our first trip to look at houses I knew she was a great realtor. We told her our price range and neighborhoods and she took us to places that exactly matched what we were looking for. Her knowledge of different home builders and neighborhoods is impressive. She didn’t try to push us into a home that was more expensive like some realtors do she showed us homes that she knew we’d like and across our whole price range.

Every time we sent her a property she would come back with all the information on it so quickly our heads would spin. We never felt like we were waiting on her for ANYTHING. She was super responsive to all our emails, texts and phone calls and always followed up thoroughly.

She is very sweet but she had no problem getting pointed and firm when advocating for us with other realtors. She is a tough negotiator for sure. She stays on top of everyone to make deadlines and keeps everyone moving forward.

I knew I wanted to purchase a home in the East Bay so I called the first real estate agent I could find with excellent reviews and ratings, Jaz Chand. Jaz answered immediately and began walking me through how this was all going to work. Prior to calling her, I was in a panic and scared. After talking, I felt confident and much calmer.

Jaz simplied my complicated situation. Her and her team was there for me every step of the way. When I wanted to give up, she wouldn't let me. When I wanted to cry, she made me laugh. When there was a problem, she found solutions. No situation is impossible when working with Jaz. There were times when the sale of my home in Southern California was not going well and she stepped in and went above and behind to ensure everything went as smooth as possible. The funny thing about that is she was not the listing agent for my home in Southern California, only the buying agent in the Bay Area, but she stepped in and helped anyways. That kind of service is unheard of these days.

She is available for her clients 24/7 morning, afternoon and night. If buying a house is a war, then Jaz is your general. Jaz had a way of making you feel confident and able to reach the end. She listens to your needs and fights for you from day one through the end of the process. There are many agents out there who don't deserve high commissions but Jaz is worth every penny and so so much more. The only agent who will be representing me moving forward will be Jaz. I will be a client for life.

Our realtor is awesome. She sold our house in Pittsburg while helping us get a bigger and better house in Brentwood. She did it so quick too and we didn't have to do a downpayment on our new house. Jaz was amazing to work with straight from the beginning! She helped us find our dream home and we will forever be grateful to her! I love that we still keep in touch!
