We have worked with a number of realtors over my lifetime as we have moved every 5 years or so. Our last sale, our home in Woodlea, was by far the best experience. Yes, it helped that the outcome maximized what the current market would bear, on the other hand, many things could go wrong if not handled well and JC and Vianne made sure that didn't happen.

They are true professionals and extremely trustworthy through-out the process. That integrity was true whether it was us as the client or dealing with the potential buyers as well. They know the market extremely well, gave great advice on prepping for the sale, setting a realistic home value and were attentive to every step along the way down to the smallest details.

We enjoyed interacting with them, even when tough decisions had to be made, as selling one's home is always challenging and emotional. They excel at every facet including, staging, marketing, photos, videos and aerial shots, messaging, and tapping into the right buyers and closing the deal. I strongly recommend Silvey Residential if you are looking for a realtor team that exceeds expectations and doesn't disappoint.

I would like to take a moment and publicly thank JC and Vianne Silvey for helping us to sell our home at 328 Gaines Court in Leesburg, Virginia earlier this year. We wanted to move to North Carolina to be near my family, and time was of the essence because my mother is ill. We have been through a number of home purchases and sales prior to this one - in California, South Carolina and several in Virginia. JC and Vianne are quite remarkable, unforgettable and certainly the best at what they do. I think the underlying reasons for their success are quite simple. They are smart, honest, hard working, attentive, creative, courageous, and they truly listen to their clients. I felt truly blessed to have them working on my behalf. There are truly no words to express the appreciation I have for JC Silvey and his team! When my husband and I decided it was time to sell our house, we were looking for a realtor who could help us update our house while making the process less stressful.

I can’t imagine having a better experience listing and selling my Leesburg home than I had with Silvey Residential. From our very first conversation, JC and his team were honest, proactive, flexible and responsive to our needs. In the planning phase, they provided us with valuable advice and several options on how to update and stage the house for showing, based on our financial position and relocation timeline. When the house was ready, JC had his photographers highlight the most beautiful aspects of our home and capture its true character, and Zach created the most professional video production I’ve ever seen in a real estate listing. Based on our timeline, JC used his expert knowledge of the Loudoun real estate market to advise us on on the most sensible listing price, and when to list the property. He and Vianne facilitated over 15 showings in one weekend, and by the end of the weekend we had three very competitive offers. JC not only advised us on selecting the best offer, but he also gave us general advice as we looked for a new home in another region of the country. We closed the sale of our house and moved on schedule thanks to JC’s hard work and the efforts of his staff. Throughout the process, they communicated clearly and effectively. They were always available to answer our questions, and they backed up their answers with years of research, data, and experience. I was comfortable using Silvey Residential because I trust JC.
