I originally called Jean to inquire about a rental, but it had already been leased. I told her how much I liked Pierpoint Condos in Stuart and she was able to find a unit for sale that was less than I would have paid to rent. She was wonderful to work with and she jumped through hoops with the HOA to get me into the complex because I didn't qualify because of my age. Jean held my hand from start to finish and made the whole buying process so easy. I highly recommend!!

My wife had inherited a house in a gated community and had placed it on the market with an agent, but after an entire year we had had no offers and so we decided to change agents. I took the cards left by all the visiting agents and sent each an e-mail asking what they thought was the reason no offers were forth coming. Only two of the 18 agents responded and one, a very attractive woman, came to the house and offered to show me what I could do to make the place more salable. I followed Jean's advice to the letter and then offered her the contract . About two weeks later it was sold.
