Jean Ferris

She attended American River College, Sacramento California and moved to Georgia in 1972. She became licensed in 1984 and has focused on the office leasing and sales market since 1994. She has established her identity as Office Market Specialists. Jean completes, on average 30-40 office leases per year. In addition she has sold a large number of office buildings in Hall and surrounding counites. Jean's first concern is the needs of her clients and customers and she believes in, and conducts her business very ethically and by, the golden rule. She has taken advanced courses in finance and marketing of both retail and office properties. She is a life member of the million dollar club and is a multi-million dollar producer.
